Indian squad announced for Palestine Friendly

AIFF Announce 23 member squad for Palestine friendly

The All India Football Federation has announced the 23-member squad for the upcoming FIFA International Friendly against Palestine which is scheduled to take place in Kochi on 6th February 2012. Sporting Lisbon "B" Team's forward Sunil Chhetri has been given the captain's armband while the squad also features the names of Pune FC midfielder Izumi Arata and Prayag United's Vineet CK.


Here is the full squad:

GOALKEEPERS: Subrata Pal (Prayag United), Sandip Nandy (Churchill Brothers). Karanjit Singh (Salgaocar SC).

DEFENDERS: Nirmal Chhetri (Mohun Bagan), Gouramangi Singh (Prayag United), Shouvik Ghosh (Pailan Arrows), Syed Rahim Nabi (Mohun Bagan), Gurjinder Kumar (Pune FC), Raju Gaikwad (East Bengal), Denzil Franco (Churchill Brothers).
